Nothing ships until it passes forty checks

Battery health, screen, keyboard, ports and hinges are checked on every unit. The grade on the listing is the grade in the box, and the report travels with the laptop, filed against its serial number.

The bench, step by step

  1. Intake. Machines come from corporate fleet refresh cycles, not consumer resale, so service history is known.
  2. Wipe. Every drive is erased to a certificate and a fresh licensed OS is installed.
  3. Bench. Chassis, hinges and bezel inspected under light; CPU, RAM and SSD run under load with thermals logged; full battery discharge cycle; every key, port, camera, speaker, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth confirmed.
  4. Grade. Cosmetic condition and battery health set the grade, A, B or C.
  5. Ship. Packed and tracked across the UAE or exported to the GCC, Africa, Asia and Europe.

What the grades mean

Grade ANo visible marks, screen free of scratches. Battery typically 90% or above.
Grade BLight wear on lid or palm rest, screen clean. Battery 85% or above.
Grade CVisible scuffs or minor dents, fully functional. Battery 80% or above.

Anything under 80% battery capacity is replaced before listing. All grades carry the same six-month hardware warranty and seven-day return window.
